Here is a subset of motion graphics animatics I did for an external video vendor project for Windows Next apps.
These were to guide the video vendor on the desired interactions and focus for their work for a leadership vision video.
Team: 2 designers, 1 program manager, myself - animation/prototyping
Tools: Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere
Schedule: 2 weeks.
Below is an early test of a custom VR control I developed. Using VR controller thumbpads, the user can swipe through
a stack of panels. The goal was to achieve an intuitive, natural feeling affordance for browsing hand held sets of
virtual content (photos, emails, etc.)
Team: 1 designers, and myself - VR prototyper.
Tools: Unity, C#, Windows Mixed Reality
Schedule: 1 week.
This example shows an early VR prototype of the ThumbSwipe control implemented into a photo browsing experience test.
The user is able to grab and cast a selection of photos, browse them up close, and do item selection.
Team: 1 designers, and myself - VR prototyper.
Tools: Unity, C#, Windows Mixed Reality
Schedule: 1 week.
As part of the Microsoft Build 2018 presentations for Fluent Design, I worked with Mike Harnisch on future features vision of
their developer tools for 'Spatial Computing' for developers.
This sample shows my working prototype based on wireframe designs used at MS Build 2018. We used this to test interactions.
Tools: Unity, C#, Windows Mixed Reality
Schedule: 1 week.
Here is a YouTube link to the MS Build 2018 talk by Mike Harnisch on 'Spatial Computing' for Fluent design.

Below is a prototype I designed and developed in 3 days to explore the idea of doing spatial audio design work inside the actual 3D environment (VR). This was used to explore in-world VR editing scenarios.
Tools: Unity, C#, HTC Vive
Schedule: 3 days.
